The technicians were very professional and on time as per the arranged appointment from your administration office. Great service was also provided telephonically from the other Cartrack division to make this installation possible.

THEY KEEP SENDING ME FROM PILLAR TO POST WHEN THEY HAVE TO FIX MY VAR, KEEP ON SAYING THIS TODAY, ANOTHER STORY TOMORROW, EVEN WHEN YOU CALL THEM YOU DONT GET ATTENDED TOO, EVEN WENT THERE IN PERSON SPOKE TO REBBECA RECEPTIONIST HA HANDED ALL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED SUPRISINGLY AGAIN I GETAN EMAIL THAT I DIDNT SUBMIT DOCUMENTS, I EMAILED THEM TO THEM AS WE SPEAK NO RESPONSE, VEHICLE I EMAILED TO THEM LAST YEAR NOVEMBER AGAIN THEY STILL CLAIM THAT I NEVER TOOK THE CAR FOR INSPECTION, I HANDED IT TO THEM THIS TIME IN PERSONTHE COPY OF THE ORIGINAL REPORT AND STILL IM STILL WAITING, WHAT KIND OF POOR SERVICEIS THIS BY THIS COMPANY.MY CAR HAVE BEEN STANDING FOR WEEKS NOW THEY AREPLAYING HIDE N SEEK WITH ME EVEN WHEN I WENT TO THEIR OFFIVE IN TOKAI I STILL GOT NO HELP

WORST SERVICE EVER!You are very quick to reply that we were contacted by your Control Room, yes we were and your staffmember was full of excuses as to why Car Track couldn't be of any assistance.My question remains, that as a client I have the right to get a copy of your log/record report on my vehicle (JT06ZYGP).I am asking again, it is an agreement I had with you, that your system will be fitted in my vehicle in order to give me peace of mind, that if something should happen to my vehicle that Car Track will be of assistance.I want my copy of the log/record report and in writing where you state what you have done from your side to assist in getting my vehicle back - The vehicle was stolen on Sunday (14th of May 2023), it is now Wednesday, 17th of May 2023 and the vehicle has not been recovered/found.

Car track has very good deals and the app works brilliant....the over all system is quite pleasing....but service delivery after installation is terrible. I have 1 issue ,that is since installation the interior lights on my dash never came on and my speedometer light became very dim whenever the headlights were switched on I've called on numerous occasions but to no avail I've never received any reference number ..I'm still waiting it's about 7 months since

RBS used to be the best insurance company for many years. But I can honestly say after my last interaction with them, I am definately going to change to another service provider. Not one person takes responsibilty for completing a job, everyone passes a job onto the next person, too many people involved, oh and you lucky if someone actually gets back to you.
