1 word for the service I received. EXCELLENT. I received immediate reply for my enquiries and on the day the turning was scheduled I ran into a crisis with the transportation of the piano and when I informed the gentlemen at The piano man they immediately came to the rescue arranging to transport the piano to the desired location and then tuning it beautifully. The gentlemen assisting and providing the services were well trained and knew exactly what to do and tried and achieved everything we asked of them. I highly recommend their services to every and anyone with a piano !

Highly efficient and impressive, from the correspondence and engagement with Lana to the really professional automated confirmations of booking etc.Malcolm added value in a different way. His engagement demonstrated a genuine passion for what he does, as well as enjoyment of what he does, and this made for a ‘’happy’’ and warm kind of feeling whilst hr worked on our family piano.Malcolm was incredibly professional. He arrived perfectly on time, worked without disrupting our home or anybody in it and was knowledgeable and helpful in answering any questions we had.Malcolm went out of his way to make the interaction a pleasant one and offered us very interesting and appreciated information which excited us – he told us the piano was manufactured in 1947 in the USA and that it is 73 years old and explained how he had obtained this information and what it was based on.The entire engagement with The Piano Man left us with a felling of having received awesome and professional service from a very polished company.We will refer business to you with great confidence.Regards,Shannon
