The service is always friendly but unfortunately to find an ice cream machine that works is like a Leprechaun discovering his pot of gold. Any hours after 8pm and they will only serve chicken pieces as burgers or buns magically disappear. They also make you wait in the parking lot because they take extremely long ti serve you and don't want the info from the pressure sensor in the drive through to go back to HQ.

I ordered a zinger meal last night around 20:30 at the drive thru. Soon as I collected my order, I found the burger was cold like it was prepared hours ago and so was the chips.In all fairness Sarnia KFC, every meal is supposed to served fresh to your customers, it’s utterly disgusting to be having a meal that is cold. This is not the first time I have tolerated this from your branch.As for the public, please refrain yourselves from purchasing your meal here if you wish to buy fresh food. This whole KFC franchise has lost the plot.

Halt Road KFC charged me twice for the same meals, I only received the messages when I got home. I went back Monday, thinking it will be reversed to my bank account, which did not happen. They gave me a whole long story.......

The food is decent but the cleanliness of the play area, toilets and floor of the establishment is always below par.Families with small kids frequent the restaurant. There's no place to change diapers, one stall has a out of order" sign on the door at all times (this seems to be operational but used by staff)

Paid for 2 sprinkle pops, , got home after trying to get out of there after an exorbitantly long wait for my my order and a dodgy interaction with staff only to find they only gave me one. Never going back after tonight's interaction. And I'm not the type to just burn bridges like this
