Doing business with the Piano Magic team was an absolute pleasure - from the initial communications through the evaluation, collection and sale of the piano. Charmaine responded to all my concerns promptly and honestly in a warm and polite manner. The piano was sold quicker than estimated and I received the payment that we had agreed upon within a week of the sale.
