1 word for the service I received. EXCELLENT. I received immediate reply for my enquiries and on the day the turning was scheduled I ran into a crisis with the transportation of the piano and when I informed the gentlemen at The piano man they immediately came to the rescue arranging to transport the piano to the desired location and then tuning it beautifully. The gentlemen assisting and providing the services were well trained and knew exactly what to do and tried and achieved everything we asked of them. I highly recommend their services to every and anyone with a piano !

Highly recommended!We had our piano moved from Stilfontein to Johannesburg. It was quite a daunting task, but Jason and Veronica was super helpful, keeping me in the loop with moving dates and times, as well as communicating through the whole process. The Piano Man team moved my piano for me, and I could not be more impressed. They were super efficient in moving my piano carefully, but very quickly. They were never rough with it, and they inspected it after it was in its new home to make sure all was good. The team was extremely friendly as well, making the whole experience quite pleasant. These people exceeded all my expectations. Their service was impeccable. They came when they said they would. If they were running even 15 mins late their office called me to advise me.Their staff were cheerful, friendly and SUPER helpful. They certainly knew what they were doing. They did the job of moving, servicing and tuning my 1924 Grundling Baby Grand professionally, carefully and with great punctuality.
