False advertising and No service.As I travel far and wide we as a family decided that it would be an ease at heart to join Crisis on Call. Just to know that you are in good hands should the unthinkable happen. With slogans like we manage your crisis when you are not able to" and "All Crisis on Call services are available 24/7 and country wide"and ” Who will assist you duringa crisis situation” one would think that being without such a service is just irresponsible.I had the misfortune of having a ladder slip from underneath me
