Having e mailed on a Sunday for an emergency mammogram, I was contacted at 7:10am on Monday morning. I arrived 20 minutes later. I received the most phenomenal professional service, and was seen immediately. They have the most state of the art equipment. The place is modern and spotlessly clean. A pleasure to go to such a top notch establishment.

The radiographers here are lovely, but the admin staff make dealing with this practice a complete nightmare. After several days of asking for a statement to be emailed to me, I eventually had to go there in person and sit in the waiting room until they produced a statement so I could claim from my medical aid. Yesterday I asked them to send a link so I can share my MRI with a new doctor I've been referred to, and again, this seems to be too difficult for them. It's baffling, honestly.

After a mammogram examination on my wife January 2020 the dr found a calcification" lump which did not "look bad" and was not necessary to proceed with an biopsy saying he will see my wife in two years time. Currently my wife has stage two breast cancer (diagnosed December 2020) and is doing chemotherapy and operations are following. I believe that if the dr was more cautious and thorough with his examination and had investigated that lump and advised us to consult a specialist
