The staff are very accommodating and friendly. However, at the service department they seem to place more importance on customers with newer cars just coming in for services. I was brushed off the first two time I too my 2016 Jaguar XF in for a suspension knock and it took ca complaint to the service manager to rectify the entire episode as well as my car. After that, they have been more helpful and accommodating, but that's what one expects in the first place from this dealer.

Poor customer care and attention to detail. I enquired about service parts and repairs at the service department and I am still waiting for them to get back.Hurrendous customer care!

You always get what they promise, pickup and drop off are on time and friendly. Front office and service department are efficient and know their stuff.
