What a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Martin and the team were great in terms of customer and vehicle service and such a gem of a business to use as a landrover owner.

These chaps really go the extra mile. I needed my transfer chain replaced which two other workshops could not help me with, but Iconic took it on, immediately confirmed the diagnosis and then kept me updated daily, handled my Innovation claim and personally delivered my vehicle back to me. They have secured me as a new customer. Thanks to Martin and his Team!

We experienced a breakdown yesterday on our way back from our December holidays whilst towing our caravan. I immediately called Martin who (correctly) identified the engine coolant problem and offered to drive 145km to assist and replace the damaged part. They offered to follow us all the way home to ensure our safe arrival.Thank you Martin and Luniël, you have made light work of a potentially disastrous situation. I highly recommend Iconic for true professional and honest workmanship.

I am completely appalled by Iconic’s level of service. They had my vehicle for an entire week, stored at ZF services (of whom they claim to have an affiliation with, where this is a complete lie as confirmed by the entire team at ZF) and communicated ZERO information to me. I had to contact Martin for a “game plan” on Thursday morning after I had heard absolutely nothing from them after delivering my vehicle on Friday morning the previous week. I was promised that I would have information about my vehicle by close of business last Thursday. Of course this never happened and my vehicle stood unattended for over a week without any assessment or attention. I should be charging Iconic for all the Ubers, lost business and clients that I have missed out on as a result of terrible service thus being without a vehicle. Not to mention how much worse my friends vehicle is driving since replacing absolutely unnecessary items that were not even an issue! Martin, your mechanical knowledge is questionable. Leave it to the experts.

I've used Iconic for years and will continue to do so. I always receive brilliant service from them and trust them wholeheartedly with my vehicles. It's not often that you find someone that will give you 110%, but with Iconic you will receive just that. Would recommend to anyone.

A father and son team who appreciate the values of good service; extremely obliging, pick up, drop off and break-down service and all at competitive prices. Martin always goes the extra kilometres to make sure you leave satisfied.

I had a problem with my Land Rover on Sunday and whatsapp Martin. He phoned me back and based on my problem description, he had the possible cause. He also fetched my Land Rover at my home on Sunday and returned it back to me the next day with the problem resolved. What a great service experience. Thank you Martin.
