I received the worst service from Arthur, Took my vw caddy tdi in for remapping after the car ended up not performing , when I mentioned that to him he became rude telling me I can't drive the car, he said I should come to his place, I went there, he was not there and his phone was off. Imagine the diesel I spent going back and forth. The next day he said I must come back but still he couldn't fix my car we were arguing the whole time. My hard earned R3000 went down the drain. Took my car somewhere else paid R1000, my car's performance is better than ever, the fuel consumption is very good. I wouldn't recommend his service to anyone.
