We are terribly dissapointed with the after-service we are receiving from Craig. We purchased the vehicle in June 2022 and are still waiting for the numberplates and disc. Numerous calls have been made to Craig who always promises to deliver a day or 2 later .

Fantastic customer service. Rocked up 2 mins to closing time for rear tyres emergency and were welcomed with open arms and hot chocolate. 1 hour later left happy and sorted with extra added value. Thank you team for bringing hope back to RSA sales industry. From GTR and Vstar CPT

hi all we bought a vehicle about 6months ago at this dealership and the vehicle came with a roadworthy certificate, on the day of collecting the vehicle from this dealership we encountered issues. We are all the way from Kimberley in the northern cape a good 700km from this place (just a little background ) on the same day of purchasing the vehicle we had to drive back home at 5pm about 150km on our way back it started to rain and the wipers weren't working, we immediately called the salesman to let him know about the issue he said the next day they will sort out this issue till today this hasn't been sorted out by them I had to fix it myself mind you it had a roadworthy. One of the mirrors is damaged and they used silicone to cover the damage so on inspection it could not have been noticed. the one door they lied and said they repaired it that's why its stiff to slide open the grease must just ware off that's what they told us one week later I informed them its not opening how it should and that one of the sliding wheels is missing. The reason why I am now only writing this on this platform is after doing so much repairs on this car we bought from t hem its now only in a good condition and is driving how its suppose. This dealership has no pride in what they sell to the public.

I’ve had really poor interactions with Danie and unfortunately cannot trust him. Things were great until they weren’t. Not a business I think should be supported.

I definitely would not recommend this dealership. We started our application online and the first call we got was from CMH the Glen who processed our documents. So my hubby and I decided to visit the umhlanga branch to physically view the vehicle we were interested in. They tried to steal us as a customer and when we refused to change our minds and purchase from The Glen.. they refused us help to sign our contract. They refused for CMH the Glen to send the vehicle to them.. pathetic

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very quick and keeps in touch with progress of the documents and situations etc.Got approached at the preowned cars, got helped, washed the car for me just to take it for a test drive, this all happened quickly. I wanted it and the car was reserved for me. Paperwork got started soon, repaired any small flaws and my windscreen, plus I got a great deal! Few days later I received my car valet washed and fueled :) Awesome service, thanks guys!

The service that I got from Craig Bester is pathetic to say the least.he sold a second hand car and he told me it's brand new.
