I’ve had really poor interactions with Danie and unfortunately cannot trust him. Things were great until they weren’t. Not a business I think should be supported.

A clear 5 star rating for HD Cape Town!! The staff is extremely friendly and competent and give you as much of their time as you need for explaining the motorcycle you are about to rent and answer any questions you might have.They even helped me to mount my personal mobile phone holder on the handlebars of my rental bike.The motorcycle itself was very wellmaintained, clean and had no issues whatsoever.All in all a very pleasant experience!

Perth Harley Davidson is a nice store but I am surprised by the low level of the service. Former owner of HD in Switzerland I am used to something else. Here HD customers are content with little apparently! How the representatives of such a prestigious brand allow themselves to have such poorly presented second-hand HDs. The motorcycles are dirty and unprepared. This does not make you want to buy even if the staff is rather pleasant. The management does not seem up to the task it seems. Here no detailing like the competition but rust and dust. I even ran out of gas during a test ride that says a lot. So I bought a... BMW!

Amazing staff. Super helpful and full of smiles. Store is awesome, neat and cool! Proud Harley dealership for sure! This is my first Harley and first long ride from JHB to CPT, they assisted and made me feel welcome. Thanks guys hope to see you soon!

My HD jacket zip tore off the jacket and the Merch dept were great and sorted a replacement for me. Need to fit it myself, but thats my own fault for dealing with the stupid thing when i should have taken it back under warranty.

Danie and his team are not only professionals who know what they are talking about and what they are doing, but they also care about the quality of their workmanship and take great care in the process.I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a bike with a gearbox issue. Major work was required. I was concerned for the outcome. But I need not have been. I was able to communicate with Danie and his team throughout the process (I am into mechanical stuff, so was very interesting) and not only did Danie give of his valuable time to answer questions and have a few chats, there were additional items we decided to tackle, that was attended to on top of everything else, and the outcome is a bike that is scores better than the one I had bought in the 1st place. On top of all this, the work was completed in less time than expected, even with the December break looming.Many thanks to Danie and his team for the excellent work done. This degree of passionate professionalism coupled with customer-centric values is a very, very rare thing nowadays! Rest assured your bike will be in the best hands possible with them.
