Terrible experience. Staff doesn't communicate at all. One lady asked me to wait in the lounge area while she follow up on the job card. Which she never did!I waited an hour with my baby and no one told me what was going on, that lady never even told the correct department I was even there. Could have been a 15min visit if she just did her job.

What a wonderful experience! Sweeney and Retha, for all the arrangements, daily communication up until today when I fetched my new Honda WRV, a great big thank you! It was like being part of another big family with all the support I had received. An absolute pleasure doing business with you! Your manager can be proud having you both on his team!

Very impressed..the check-in process was good. Let's hope the car gets fixed under guarantee properly. Car was washed and ready after collecting me from my home. So far so good. Will update the report later.

From the moment I met Sweeney the salesman I received excellent service with a smile from start of the sale to the after sales. His professionalism goes beyond measure and he is a real asset for your business and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is interested to buy a vehicle from Rola.

Extremely disappointing. I bought a second hand S2000 from a dealer in Cape Town. This car has a service history with Rola (previously Honda Auto Helderberg), but puzzlingly these services were not stamped. What followed was more than a year of back and forth where Rola Honda denied ever having serviced the car, and even suggested that the original owner was lying to me. Finally I found -- from the original owner whom I located myself -- some receipts which prove that she was telling the truth. Rola Honda now claimed that they have no interest in keeping client records older than the legal minimum of 5 years, and that none of this is their responsibility. Yet, they also routinely neglected to stamp the physical service booklet. Up to this day they refuse to apologize for unjustly casting doubt on the integrity of their own loyal customers, and continue to blame-shift away from their own incompetence and bad treatment of their customers.To top it all off - the first time I brought the car to them in 2020 their employee told me he never saw a car like that and asked me what model it was. The S2000. Their flagship sports convertible of the early 2000s, in production until 2009. You're joking, right, Honda?[update: after my initial review the owner (in the thread below) answered that they'll investigate and contact me. Haven't heard anything yet. Will update this review if/when they contact me.][update 2: it has now been almost 3 weeks, and the owner of Rola did not contact me as he promised. It really looks like his response was insincere and only meant as a PR move for other people reading this review.][update 3: It has now been 5 months, and the owner of Rola never contacted me. Clearly he was never serious about actually doing what he said he would.]

Had a perfect time at this 6plus star deserving place in Somerset West. Upon arrival one gentleman offered us coffee and showed us how to operate the coffee machine with patience made coffee for the 5 of us. We had come with Mr Aslaam Zaidan who had come to pick up his newly purchased vehicle Mercedes Benz C180 Kompreser. Shukraan to Honda Somerset West.

Excellent and professional customer service, bought a smart forfour from Rola Honda and very happy with the price and car...I can definitely recommend this dealership, they have a great selection of new and used cars, well priced.
