I took my Genesyis 2500i inverter generator back to the company I purchased it from for a service. After 4 months with no reply from maintenance staff to my emails, I picked up my generator and took it to Hempfield. Graham at the service desk listened to my situation and booked in the service. Graham is a long term employee of this family run business and after hearing him talk to other customers it's clear he really knows his stuff! Hempfield's policy is if they can't fix the unit, there's no charge. On this occasion Graham estimated a turn around of 2 weeks. That's better than 4 months!

Arrived at 4.30pm to collect generator, was asked to come back another day because it was in the rear shed, as a customer i'm so sorry to be such an inconvenience.Brand new generator requiring warranty work, went into shop completely unmarked and is returned scratched all over.Very disappointed, can't recommend them at all.

Fred, Graham, and the team at Hempfield are incredible at what they do. The level of care, professionalism, product knowledge, skill and service is above and beyond.Graham provides great service and has amazing product knowledge of Honda Gensets. He knew straight away what the problem was with my Honda EU70IS . He looked after my Genset at very short notice as they are aware that the Genset is the heart that powers Anita's Café (Coffee Van). Standard pricing. Highly recommend.

It has been really nice experience with this guys. I bought 10kVa Honda generator EM10000 and my electrician said the size is small for my work needs, I needed 15kVa generator. Spoke to this guys and they took my generator back and ordered 15kVA for me which will be in their shop ready for pick-up in around 2 weeks. Highly recommended!

Not only do they sell our quality range of equipment but they are also a fantastic service shop for our range of gear.They double up as a Honda Power Equipment dealer which makes them a one stop shop for repair and service of Aussie Pump powered product with Honda petrol engines.Fred and Kristina have great expertise and knowledge when it comes to our range of pumps and pressure cleaners. I would highly recommend them.
