Private Care For Elderly At Home - Complete Care Group
Rhona, and her team of wonderful, Ladies, were referred to us by a step down facility, when my Aunt was discharged after fracturing her pelvis.The carers are wonderful, they are patient and so gentle with her. Where patients is a very important factor, as she is extremely frail, both physically and mentally, as she does have dementia. They handle everything with grace and love. I honestly don't know how we coped before they came to us. Thank you Rhona, Rejoice Elizabeth and Charity, Thank you Complete Care Group, for literally rescuing us. God Bless.

We have had such great experiences with Carechamp and the ladies assigned to look after my mom who has dementia. Both Victoria and Nontobeko who recently cared for her were excellent. So patient and kind. My mom always perks up after the happy conversation and stimulation she gets from the ladies. We would not hesitate to recommend Carechamp.

Mediserve is a wonderful agency. Since joining back in May 2022, I have had the choice of which hospitals to work in. Mediserve cover both public and private hospitals with shifts for morning, afternoon and night.Mediserve have an app that allows you to put your availability which is great, which you can also alter if something changes.Shifts are received via text message or by a phone call.Staff are polite, friendly.I would recommend Mediserve to anyone who is looking for a change.
