I have had over 10 sessions/consults with Ashleigh Trend and she has drastically improved my quality of life. I highly recommend her as a Biokineticist. Her knowledge is simply amazing and I have learnt so much of techniques which shall help me in achieving my fitness goals. My mobility and strength has improved so much. She puts the needs of her patients first and that has left a lasting impression. The facilities are great, well equipped and always clean.
