Nick has been coaching me for the past year and as a 50 plus I can honestly say his coaching skills as well as dietary advice has been amazing. I have just recently started with ECT and all I can say is that Nick has changed my life.I went on my own diet for 6 months, I trained on my own and nothing changed! I have been trained by Nick and East Coast Transformations for a few months now. I have previously been struggling with injuries and crash course diets, without any good results. Since joining ECT, I have made massive gains strength and muscle wise, as well as a big drop in body fat. This is thanks to Nick’s personalised gym training plans and meal plans. I have been traind by Nick from ECT since 2018. It has been 5 years of working with the best coach in the fitness industry and going strong. He is literally always available to respond to all my training feedback faster than an Uber request. Sometimes it feels like I am his only client. Nick makes all his clients feel like they are his only client because he is so hands on.

I have been a professional athlete and trained at the gym for over 25 years. I have been training under the ECT system under Nicks supervision now for nearly 6 months and all i can say is that my results have been amazing. The aim was to put on weight and have gone from 82kg to 90kg. His systems are great, no more double guessing as what to do when you at the gym. His app guides you through each exercise. Nick is the BEST of the BEST. I’ve had a number of trainers over the years but this is the only time I’ve seen a drastic and sustainable change in my body composition. I generally never struggled with the training part, but never quite had a good handle of my nutrition, and lacked discipline when it came to what I put in my body - even though I ate pretty healthily. If you’re looking for top training and nutrition advise, Nick is your guy. Super excited to see what this year has in store for us.
