Incompetent call center staff advised that policy amendments can be done here ... arrived here and the arrogant security at the gate turned me away saying that this is an IT department. Update your locations - a company worth billions cannot update their office details. Pathetic

Not sure what has gone wrong with this company, but when you are alive and trying for a month to update your will, it makes concerned about them handling affairs when im gone. The respond without checking email requirements. They set up meetings after a month on times convenient for them not me as the client and after waiting a month tell you their next availability is 3 weeks later, you better pray the good Lord doesn't take until capital legacy can fit you into their schedule. Feels like their my client and i should be working on meeting their needs. Pathetic. Service is gone pathetic. Even the complaints officer Natasha doesn't respond yet thats their dispute process. Ombudsman time for them.

I sent in a dread disease claim 5 months ago. They have deliberately delayed the process. The last medical report they requested was sent to them on the 14th of December. I was advised that the SLA for them to assess the claim once all the documents have been received is 10 working days. Despite numerous follow ups, nothing happened. After I logged a complaint, Liberty came back to me today to say that the underwriting department and medical panel is only looking at my claim this week! I am so disappointed. They are literally playing with their clients' livelihood.

All I can say is Octavia de la Port!!! Working with her was such a breeze, she updated us on the progress of our application timeously.

Most disgraceful service ever received! No proper updates, no responses to emails, not answering phone calls... Will definitely not recommend them to anyone to use for wills... Been battling for over 2 years just to get my moms estate finalised. I don't think they realize that they are dealing with mourning families. No sense of urgency, no humanity when dealing with the loved ones of the deceased... Can't complain about the service because there is no service!!! What a JOKE!
