Called several times before call was received… very unhelpful and direct to the point of being rude. Conflicting information not addressed so left in the dark my time and effort wasted… Felt like it was an too much effort for the woman on the other end to engage at all! Asked about web porthole glitches and no information given on this either… Phone put down in my ear.

Keith and the Wakwazi team went above and beyond to get my apostilled police clearance to me before a deadline. I had 1 chance at applying for a points-based visa and I had all the documents except for an apostilled PCC. Keith came through. The document arrived on time internationally and the visa was approved at the literal last minute. Thank you Keith and Wakwazi! You may have changed my life.

Very bad service. No one replies to the emails. They don't care. It takes so long for them to process visa. Worst immi experience ever. They don't even deserve one star. My mum is sure to miss my graduation because of them.

It is true that South Africans are being mistreated and denied entry to Dublin. My brother travelled for the cancer support conference.....when they reached Dubai they were told to go back to SA without a valid reason....just told to go back....after paying and booking everything
