My new mattress that had one small mark on, now has watermarks all down the sides and looks worse than before, probably because they didn’t use clean water and cleaned both mattresses and a big couch all with the same dirty water. I’m not impressed at all, and only saw it after they had left and when the mattress dried.

Chem dry came to clean two chairs and a linen sofa. all were left in the sun to dry per their advice but later that day, I realised my linen sofa had bleached /discoloured in large areas. I contacted Chem dry to come and see what had happened to my sofa and they never firstly apologised and secondly, they never arrived when they had promised to come. I messaged again and rescheduled for the following Thursday and they never showed up again and didn’t contact me since. This was a something that could have been resolved or just explained simply in person, amicably but instead has left a really bad impression. I wasn’t even looking for a refund, just an explanation as to what happened to my sofa.

These guys are racicit just imagine to drive there to repair the Gear lever cover first time they quoted R350 and things changed over the phone comes to R630. I asked for discount but no lucky..... I see that I don't have choice to drive back is going to take time for me and petrol. I accepted the quote after 2hrs I get a missed call, from them, I call them o told that you have to come fetch your cover we can't help you, I asked that how much to repair car seat they also say we can't help you, I think it was because I'm black and I was not looking rich, if you are my fellow black watch out of these guys me I don't choose who to do business with as long we understand each other but these guys are racist Seriously.
