Really great with kids!

We needed a physio for my son Jason (10). This was my worst and most upsetting experience for a first time customer with Hope Studio. After I phoned, emailed, whatsapp and given my details to someone who told me I will be phoned back, nothing happened. I went to Hope studio on Saturday after I tried a few more times to get thru to them and still nothing, I was told by the lady on duty this is not a walk in facility. So I explained to her how many times I tried to get thru to them and this is the reason why I came to their practice. Again my details was taken down, she was buse in a session, she told me that she will be back in 2min. She went back into her session, I was waiting for her to come back, after a while I decided to leave. Finally later on Saturday someone phoned and left a message on my phone, but I decided not to use Hope Studio. Obviously they are too busy to get back to you.Now if this is the way they treat a first time customer, what kind of service will you receive? I do not recommend their services to anyone.

I took my children to see Dr Sonia. Her rooms were not properly equipped for a paediatrician - her rooms consisted of a massage table and a scale (the scale didn’t even have a liner to make it a bit more hygienic) which is unacceptable in my opinion.She was cold and unsympathetic toward my babies and would tell off my 5 month olds for moving their arms.If that wasn’t bad enough I received a WhatsApp from her rooms almost a month later to ask for my medical aid details and information on the children that were treated so they could submit to the medical aid. I’d like to mention that when I went for the appointment with my babies that I filled in all the forms that asked for this information so they should have this all on file. I will definitely not be going back there.All in all I found this to be an extremely unprofessional experience from beginning to end.

Friendly and nice, kids managed the dentist well.

The service is exceptionally good. The doctor is great with children, she is friendly and playful towards them putting you as a parent at ease, whilst keeping you informed during the whole consultation.

This Dr hit the nail on its head. Our daughter regain strength after visiting this lovely Dr. She is now a normal beautiful girl.
