Lovely atmosphere, beautiful food, and great service!

I was so hopeful that I was going to get good professional advise, and service. There was a hiccup with a delay, but Mervin rectified the issue with good communication.He has kept meIn the loop regarding a repair of a grinder. I’ve also enjoyed purchasing all the parts and accessories I’ve needed.

The food here does not justify a four star dining experience but the staff are absolutely delightful and pull up a rating tremendously.I hope that back of house catches up with front of house

Awesome service

What an awesome place for breakfast. A breakfast unlike any we've had. Found it quite by accident. The waiters were friendly, the atmosphere very welcoming.

Ridiculously great pizza, ice cold beer on tap and amazing ambience! Very cool menu full of awesome treats. This is the place.

They have really good, interesting breakfast options. Well priced. Good friendly service.It is located away from the bustle of Hatfield, in Colbyn, Pretoria. There are trees on the side walk. So you can sit in the shade outside.There are quite a few parking spots that can come in handy.The decor can also keep you interested.

Service was excellent, the coffee is great. They have a wonderful selection of coffee from a number of countries. Was able to get a beautiful travel mug and a Moka. They also comped me a bag of coffee. Loved the service.

Beautiful gifts, delicious treats to warm the insides and the best coffee. One of the owners Soan, makes the best pea and ham soap. Warm welcoming atmosphere, tranquil nursery (with 'regular' bird population) and a view of the Swartberg mountain that will revive your soul. The owners, Niekie and Soan as well as staff, Mona and Marinda will make you feel right at home. Niekie will have you see life in a new light with his attentiveness and positive attitude. We arrived and was seated at a table by a man. We told him about the dirty cup and empty sugar packets from the previous people that were still at our table, he said sorry, gave us the menus and walked away and just left the dirty cup and empty sugar packets on our table. He didn't even ask us if we wanted to order anything. We waited for about 15 minutes and not one person came to take our order. We waited and watched the waiters just standing and chatting with each other.We left without eating or drinking anything because no one helped us. We have heard so many good things about Heavenly Coffees but had quite a bad experience for our first time there...
