The 3 guys that showed up to do the installation were extremely friendly, polite and efficient. They were not disruptive (I work from home), answered my questions and made zero mess - even cleaning up the dust and the little bits of brick/plaster after they were done as well as taking all the packaging with them when they left.Something else I really appreciated since I wasn't actually expecting it was that they even plastered up the hole/opening that was drilled through the wall for the pipes and cables and left it all nice and neat and sealed up tight. Also ran a very neat drain pipe to exactly where I asked them to.The unit itself (Samsung AR8500) is working perfectly so no issues there either.Will definitely use them again.

I contacted a couple of companies to get quotes to repair my aircon unit and Right Air was one of only a few who bothered to respond. The send me a quote and we arranged for a time and date for them to fix the unit. The technicians showed up right on time, was thorough, friendly and worked neat and had the unit functioning in no time. When I received my invoice, I was in for a surprise as the amount invoices was even less than the quote amount - a testimony to them not taking their clients for a ride or ripping people off. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend using them.
