Pete and Sue are two of the most amazing people we have met on our holiday down in Plettenburgbay. Thank you for giving our boys the most memorable experience. We as parents felt safe sending our boys up with you into the air, knowing how safety orientated and highly skilled you are. Much appreciated!

Aerial fitness is not easy, but I cannot imagine not going back to this place. Nicky and Roxanne are fantastic people who will go out of their way to assist you. Highly recommend!

If you're looking to step out of your comfort zone and discover your inner circus monkey, this is a place to try it at. Classes are interactive, instructors are pleasent and you get a full body workout.

Joining Body & Mind Fitness was the best decision I have made this year. With their help I have done things that I thought I would never be able to. Not only have I grown stronger physically but it has also boosted my self confidence.It’s a safe and welcoming space where you can challenge yourself with the help of excellent trainers. They are friendly, professional and their first priority is always to keep you safe.The studio space is always clean, neat and equipped with airconditioning to keep you cool while you are working out.The class schedules are designed in such a way that everyone will find a spot where they can come and train.I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of joining.

I really enjoy attending aerial pilates sessions at the Unfold Movement studio. Marisa is a great instructor and she is really good at guiding us through the aerial moves we learn each week. I love that each class is unique so it keeps it interesting and fresh. Each class flies by. I highly recommend you try this studio if you are interested in aerial pilates
