Unfold Movement Studio
I really enjoy attending aerial pilates sessions at the Unfold Movement studio. Marisa is a great instructor and she is really good at guiding us through the aerial moves we learn each week. I love that each class is unique so it keeps it interesting and fresh. Each class flies by. I highly recommend you try this studio if you are interested in aerial pilates

If you are looking to elevate your yoga or pilates experience AND be part of something truly magical ... come try aerial! I arrived several months ago with a low level of fitness, no real core strength and never having fit in at any gym or fitness class. I've absolutely loved the discipline and journey aerial has taken me on.

Marisa is a very good teacher. She puts so much into every class and you won’t believe what you’re capable of! It was my very first time doing aerial yoga and I’m a real scaredy cat but I was flying like a butterfly before I knew it. Thanks Marissa.
