What an amazing exercise spot ! Builds in confidence and a variety of exciting classes to try, the instructors are amazing and supportive and they know your ability more than you do so you get to try amazing moves and tricks.

I visited BodyMind Fitness today for a complimentary class. Firstly it was very simple to find on Google Maps as I am not from the area. The atmosphere was absolutely fabulous! =D I thoroughly enjoyed the class and the team was very friendly and welcoming aswell. I would honestly recommend BodyMind Fitness to anyone, and I have already told all my friends about it. Thanks Team you made my first experience extremely memorable I cannot wait for the next class!

Honestly, exercise has never been my Forte. I don't like doing cardio. But I've been doing classes at Body Mind Studios for a year and it's brilliant. The instructors are lovely, the other women are sweet, and for the first time in my life I'm actually having fun while working out.

Thanks Body Mind ladies for the opportunities to do more than I thought I'm capable of. Training here is relaxing, holistic, social, fun and adventurous!

Joining Body & Mind Fitness was the best decision I have made this year. With their help I have done things that I thought I would never be able to. Not only have I grown stronger physically but it has also boosted my self confidence.It’s a safe and welcoming space where you can challenge yourself with the help of excellent trainers. They are friendly, professional and their first priority is always to keep you safe.The studio space is always clean, neat and equipped with fans to keep you cool while you are working out.The class schedules are designed in such a way that everyone will find a spot where they can come and train.I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of joining.
