Absolutely pathetic , every single time there's a rain drop the power goes out and then we sit for hours , sometimes days without electricity because they are just Absolutely useless, and to top it all off is they do fix it we still get loadshedding , so far this month we have had more hours of no electricity then having electricity

Our transformer blew on Wed 14-12-22. It is wed 21-12-22, 4 days until Christmas and no sign of it being fixed despite logging the fault many times & personally visiting their offices twice and being fed ‘hope’ that it will be fixed by Wed and today I was told by this afternoon. How can they feed us such untruths. Shocking, shocking, shoking is all I have to say. We have 8 houses that are dependent on us.
