Excellent boutique hotel in the gardens area of Cape Town just below Table Mountain. The rooms are large, quiet and very cozy with a large living area with sofa and TV, a kitchenette and a large bedroom and bathroom with both tub and separate shower. The rooms are very well furnished.The breakfast was very good.The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful.The area around has a lot of restaurants and bars and is safe and walkable.Would highly recommend.We also rented a car and parked in front of the hotel.

We ate at the restaurant. The view is amazing. The food is mouth watering. The restaurant has a view of a big dam and forest. In the middle of nature, it is breath taking. Unfortunately there is no baby changing station in the bathroom which made it really difficult for me when i had to change my baby.

Gorgeous little succulents at the most affordable pricing! Many of my succulents, bought from this very lovely lady, are scattered all around my garden!You can also get succulents in gift boxes. Large range of beautiful dresses in a huge range of colours for weddings & functions . Excellent & professional service from Aunty Hafsa. Off the Catwalk tailors your dress to fit at no extra cost. Very convenient for muslims as Inners and scarves are made to match.

Our stay at Roosje was shockingly disappointing. We were initially almost at a loss of words. The owner responded with zero willingness to be receptive to substantiated feedback on things that were disappointing during our stay. He even responded with aggression and ''a short fuse'' as we tried to openly discuss things like 1) the water geyser not working when we arrived, 2) unresponsiveness from the staff to clean the outside bath, and 3) the meager ''one streak-bacon / rock hard tomato breakfast''. It was really disappointing in comparison with what would be expected of a R1300/ night stay. As a registered psychologist, I was shocked with the way the owner responded to guests. Something big is wrong here and to my mind it stems from the owner's mental model what of it means to be professionally hospitable towards your guests - who should of course also respect the hotel and its staff at all times.

We loved this place! Awesome atmosphere, very friendly waiter & great food. Best fried potato/ chips we had so far.

Excellent coffee and cake, in a modern, relaxed setting. Friendly staff. Definitely the best coffee I have had on the South Coast. Nice shop downstairs with an interesting refillery.

Wonderful selection of masks from across Africa, something for any collector of these along with historic bronze and wooden artifacts. There is an upstairs too for the serious collector.
