We have been visiting this establishment frequently. However, based on tonight's experience it will be the last time for the following reasons:It took 45 min for the food to arrive.My food arrived dry and cool - it was probably waiting...The chips were inedible...The waiter and 'manager' indifferent...Sorry Charles but you weren't there and it was a disgrace.

Waited 45 min for sushi for 2 people. Lemon butter sauce was extremely watery and flavorless. Our calamari was over done and tasted burnt :-( this was not their day. Very disappointing experience. OB is usually fantastic and consistent across all their locations.

So disappointed with the service,firstly my order took 2hrs to get to me and when I called to find out what’s taking so long;I was told that they have other orders…Then when my food finally got delivered’ it was outside the box not in,there was no sauce when I specifically asked for it,1 of my mussels wasn’t cooked through… I’m sorely disappointed!!!

Had a great experience at Ocean Basket Rosebank on a busy Saturday evening. The waiter was attentive and portion sizes were very good. This branch has been under the same management for many years and the food, portions and service is still fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

Had a craving. Calamari. Our waitress was amazing and understood the assignment. Everything came at once as it was ready as I was starving!!!! Yoh. Famished I tell you. Our waitress was friendly, efficient, reliable ...didn't hang around just when we needed service she was there. Great mom daughter date. Thank you! Definitely going back again!

Generally OB dining is very good. Today though was not their day. After successfully finding Alice, ordered some fish and calamari. Batter was decent but fish was over done, contributing to its dryness. Even my wife's kingklip was cooked for longer than it should have been. Waitress was good & calamari was fine. If the starter bread was the highlight then you know something is fishy with the establishment. Common OB Rosebank, do better, I know you can.

Great place to get your seafood fix! Big on variety as well as the food portions. Reasonably priced and the seafood is fresh! Clean and comfortable place to dine at, with friendly staff ready to provide recommendations as required.
