What a wonderful experience I had at My Special Day Bridal Boutique. After looking at countless dresses at other bridal shops I happen to come across this gem. I was met by Cyanne which welcomed me with a lovely smile. She was intentive and didnt rush the appointment. The dresses were stunning and unique and definitely something i had not seen before. I fell inlove with MY dress on the first fitting❤. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank Cyanne for the wedding dress of my dreams.

Cyanne gave me my dress less than 24 hours before I needed to walk down the aisle. Even though this was incredibly stressful, I can understand the delay as there was a problem with the seamstress. However, there were many problems with the dress when it did eventually arrive. The neckline was not as we discussed it in the first appointment. I stated 3 times how important it was to me to not show cleavage on my wedding day. Despite her reassurance each time, she still made the neckline too low. I now have wild cleavage in every wedding photograph. The cuffs were made of satin instead of lace. The lace on the corset was supposed to come over onto the skirt (it goes over the edge by about one inch). The neckline on the back makes a wide, unflattering scoop; it was supposed to be a V.She said, But we used all 2 meters of lace." Which surprises me. That means that she did not purchase enough lace to make the dress right at the start. As for the difference in the trimmings

My mom Flew all the way to Cape Town to be with me during my dress fittings. I had booked 3 weeks prior to my appointment at my special day bridal boutique.Unfortunately when I arrived, my special day bridal boutique did not have any dresses for me to fit (Yes nothing).My special day bridal boutique also refused to reimburse my fitting fee I paid during the online booking process.Her dresses looked nice online but non I could try on.
