Went to Cape Town Airport branch 1st December..had documents to be in Boston 4 to 5 days express...9th now still not there..UPS same address went to there Montague gardens place...there in 5 days..what does that tell you...

Enter through the security gate, drive all the way to the right. They are the last building in the lot.Also I didn't read my passport confirmation email before I left, and the passport was at a separate location. CONFIRM YOUR OWN COLLECTION ADDRESS, DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE!

Great for picking up parcels but I dont have a car, was gonna cost R260 to get there -8.4km- and back. Called for a quote to get it delivered rather and they quoted me R560!?!? When I couriered the same documents to cape town with a different company, from durban, they charged R180. Ridiculous prices!

If you are looking for the service point locker, search for the Air Cargo service location, it’s on the opposite side to where the map indicates.And be aware, trading hours are only Monday-Friday as indicated on the images, don’t make my mistake and come on a Saturday

No answer on phone numbers orovided... waited hole day Friday for express parcel from UK...need to fetch child from school ..driver arrived ( checked cctv) sat for 3 mins in car and drove off.. now tracking are marked as address insufficient
