Edmon's 7 years warranty is a big Lie, now i m seeking fair trading and other means as much as possible to exercise the customer right for the warranty. Glass fall apart from the frame is not included in the warranty,what kind of warranty is it ?

Edmon is as dodgy as they come. He came to our home, measured the space, and after many delays, showed up with a door 70cm short... that's right not 7mm not 7 cm but 70 cm out....he then agreed to a refund, but has changed his tune twice, once asking for $75 + gst and now finally, $330 + gst. Suffice it to say we're at fair trading and it isn't his first time.... don't use this company.

Extremely patience to client, budgeting your spent.Edmon was very helpful to get all my old windows replaced. Called other companies and got all different quote, but finally i choose Edmon is because the patient explanation of how they will replace my existing windows and the cost is fairly reasonable. Very satisfied.

Please note that I only gave you the 1 star because google wont allow me to give you no stars.Edmon Su installed an automatic door in our medical practice. The door was malfunctioning since day 1. He has come in to try and adjust the door and told my receptionist that the problem was the sensor and it he will speak to the manufacturer. 2 weeks later the door has stopped working. He checked the wiring and took apart the sensor and said that the wiring had become loose. Edmon sends me a text message saying that he wanted payment for him to come repair the door because the problem was not caused by either of us'". Now If i didnt damage the door and he also claims its not his fault then whos fault is it? Now clearly this is a installation problem which shoulder be covered under warranty. Now I have contacted a third party to replace the entire unit because now there is another problem. The automation system on the door does not comply with the Australian safety and standards. My point is

love these new windows. perfect size, quick and experienced installation.

Ordered and received a faulty window for my reno last year. Brought the window back and no acknowledgement of any fault and said they were all standard to his windows. The owner put me through the wringer trying to get my money back. Needless to say, never going back. Don't waste your time with this lot.

I have dealt with Edmon multiple times, a very hard working individual with great pricing and quality, he helped me recently with an urgent job that i was very short on time with, he manged to get it done perfectly.
