This is an excellent tap room on a very picturesque site nestled in the lush vegetation of Noordhoek. I had a very nice selection of beers on a taster plate and an equally delicious hot dog and fries. I would recommend seeking out this hidden gem of an eatery and associated brewery if you are in the area.

Served us the best, freshest pizza we've ever had! Their home brew beer was just as delicious! Efficient service, beautiful scenery and an overall chilled atmosphere. We didn't want to leave.

I don't normally give a 5/5, but this establishment sure deserved it!Our waiter, Loyd was amazing, super inviting and took care of us well.The food was PHENOMENAL, honestly the best restaurant pizza I've ever had.The atmosphere is gorgeous, and the drinks are so unique and such an experience!Thus will be a guaranteed stop every time I go to Hermanus.

I don't know how this went so wrong and how the reviews were so misleading.My only thought is that the high reviews are for those that have children and purely want a couple hours to relax and socialize while kids are entertained on the jungle jims, which did look fun.Maybe we got an awful awful day in the kitchen, but our food was shocking.I surely hope this is not the general experience and standard of food for 807 people reviewing.We asked for a beer tasting and looking at pictures now must have been brought a gin tasting or something else.Brightly coloured, looked like toilet cleaner and tasted worse.No-one at our table could stomach them and sent them back untouched.Margarita pizza was sub-par, hugely underwhelming and overpriced. Would prefer smaller and more flavoursome.Ingredients felt like the poorest, cheapest quality.The burger special was just gross.The chips tasted a day old an microwaved.What the hell happened?We were so looking forward to this treat.Never again.

Top notch place to stop to satisfy a hunger. The drinks alongside the dishes are delicious and a real treat. Service is friendly and the atmosphere is wonderful.

This is a real gem in Pearly beach. Amazing food and my favourite, craft beer. This is really a must visit.

A true gem in Pearly Beach providing a tasty selection of craft beers that have been brewed in house. The Honey Blonde and Oatmeal Stout were exceptional. The service was excellent, the food was made to perfection with generous portions and the prices are affordable. The Milkshakes are a real stand out also! The Whale Coast Brewery is a must visit when in the Overberg area.

I love this farm based restaurant, from decor, food, service, cattle --- everything!! They also brew their own craft beers and gin.
