Already understaffed, customers need to deal with preferential treatment.Came here today as opposed to my regular supplier, NJR Steel, guess it's back to NJR.No use your prices are cheaper, but waste my time on getting my material, which I already paid, because I'm not from the preferred demographic who needs to be served by the personnel
