Needed a Ilve Oven and hinges replaced. Called and spoke to a fantastic team member who helped with my query, allowed me to send photos of problem and then had the service team quote for the repair. Paid for parts and they were delivered and installed with 5 days of call. Very friendly and knowledgeable service person arrived and replaced oven door and hinges. No fuss, no problems and very quick. Will definitely use again if needed and recommend. Great price for parts and service call.

Dishwasher filling up with water. Couldn't work out why.Technican worked out issue within 2 minutes .Had machine up and turning in 30 minutes Definately not a job for me.Left place clean and tidy.If anything else breaks down I will definitely give them a call.

AGW Service responded promptly to my telephone call to arrange for the on-site repair of my Bosch Dishwasher. The technician, Joe, arrived within the advised time-frame, explained what needed to be done and completed the repair, which involved the replacement of a component part, efficiently and quickly. The old component was taken away and the surrounding area left in a clean and tidy state.

The scheduled time of service as per message from the office was 11:20-2:00 pm. The Technician arrived at ~3:45 pm. I rang the office at 1:45 pm to ask what was happening. Only then was I informed that the Technician was running late and will be at my place between 3-3:30 pm.The job only entailed ~15 minutes for an entire day of waiting. Had they informed us earlier that he was running very late, my husband would not have waited the entire day. I had to come home early, around 3:25 pm to take over to wait.Proper communication from the office would have helped. I understand that the Technician has a lot of service calls to make and unexpected things happen.Anyway, our stove has been repaired- Thank you.

Firstly, the technician his name is Jay came out to my house to repair my washing machine. LGJay is the most professional and reliable technician I have come across.Jay knew exactly what the problem was with my washing machine fixed the problem thank God!!!Jay is a top bloke.I would recommend Jay anytime.

These guys have 0 customer service skills, their technician came out and I asked for something to be checked in the same appliance they were already fixing. Their tec brushed it off and said it’s nothing to worry about, a week after they left the ‘nothing issue’ I asked their tec to check has become a bigger issue. I called the company explaining my situation, they immediately wanted to me charge me for another call out. I would have appreciated if their tec did the work when I asked and charged me when he was here, like I asked.I do not recommend this business.

Jay came this morning fixed my fault washing machine and I would like to thank him for your exceptional performance in fixing my washing machine. I had a problem with my dryer which was under warranty .All General white goods was fantastic every step of the way.I spoke to Ebony and Christina during this process and they were very helpful and understanding.What I liked was it by was good old fashioned service that we barely see anymore .Within 24 hours of talking to them we had a technician come out and fixed our dryer .I personally wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company to anyone that has a problem with their appliance .Glen

Great service from Miles. He knows absolutely everything about how a stove works and how to fix it if something is going wrong. I’ve had some dodgy appliance repair persons attempting to fix my stove (ILVE Hercules) in the past. Very costly and failed to fix the problem. Miles was able to fix it within minutes! I will never use any other appliance repair company ever again. Complete satisfaction!
