No people skills, rude, no feedback, do not respond to communications, hide behind the rule book.[Edited in response to ”Response from the owner”]:The facts are as follows:During our first meeting with you (and our legal council) you assured us that you would provide regular updates. This did not happen.You told us that if we had questions, we could make contact with you directly.When feedback was not forthcoming, we sent you emails to ask for updates.Several emails sent to you have not been responded to – I would be happy to provide a list of them.The few that had been responded to lacked meaningful detail – again, I’d be happy to substantiate this.The 27 minute phone call referred to was initiated by us because we were not getting sufficient feedback.This is not only about following prescribed statutory requirements and “the rule of law”. It’s about setting, meeting and managing expectations and having due consideration for the people involved.Ironically, your response below proves my point... you would rather make a veiled threat than resolve the issues we've raised.Lastly, we will substantiate and defend the facts of this matter as I have stated them, at the appropriate time and in the appropriate forum, should the need arise.
