Often opinions differ on what constitutes excellent customer service. The wonderful ladies at this brokerage needs to be applauded for he exceptional service they rendered to me. The team was professional, knowledgeable, meticulous and friendly at the same time which made me feel safe and secure. The claims team was faster than fast and got my claim paid out same day...which deserves a 5 STAR rating all the WAY :) I would not choose any other broker...cause they are a competent bunch...

I recently joined GRIB after having been with the same brokers for 20 wonderful years. The change was a difficult decision to make. Murphy's law, our home in Knysna was seriously damaged by the storm at the end of March. We could only assess the damage weeks later however in the interim we did advise GRIB that there was damage.Once the damage reports were received , the GRIB TEAM went about there business in a truly professional manner. Communication and follow ups was awesome, and I can honestly say it was a great experience.

Great knowledge and pleasant to deal with. More than that there was very good success achieved in the task given.Personal complaint. I see 11 ladies and only 1 male on your staff. I think that you should give us better consideration - equality! (Ha Ha)
