I have been with Meerkat for about 2 or 3 years now Since COVID happened and I became the sole breadwinner.I have never had an issue since joining them.Of late I am able to start settling my debt & I have had NOTHING BUT AMAZING, WELL MANNERED, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM ..MAZEEDA WILLIAMS.Not only does she know what she is talking about, she takes your debt as her own" and handles it with all MY interest at heart.It feels like she has been putting in extra just to make sure i get my settlement amounts. That extra hope & encouragement to ensure me "you will get there". That extra push to send me the settlement letters .. sure makes a woman feel good.Debt is EXTREMELY overwhelming for most of us

THEY KEEP SENDING ME FROM PILLAR TO POST WHEN THEY HAVE TO FIX MY VAR, KEEP ON SAYING THIS TODAY, ANOTHER STORY TOMORROW, EVEN WHEN YOU CALL THEM YOU DONT GET ATTENDED TOO, EVEN WENT THERE IN PERSON SPOKE TO REBBECA RECEPTIONIST HA HANDED ALL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED SUPRISINGLY AGAIN I GETAN EMAIL THAT I DIDNT SUBMIT DOCUMENTS, I EMAILED THEM TO THEM AS WE SPEAK NO RESPONSE, VEHICLE I EMAILED TO THEM LAST YEAR NOVEMBER AGAIN THEY STILL CLAIM THAT I NEVER TOOK THE CAR FOR INSPECTION, I HANDED IT TO THEM THIS TIME IN PERSONTHE COPY OF THE ORIGINAL REPORT AND STILL IM STILL WAITING, WHAT KIND OF POOR SERVICEIS THIS BY THIS COMPANY.MY CAR HAVE BEEN STANDING FOR WEEKS NOW THEY AREPLAYING HIDE N SEEK WITH ME EVEN WHEN I WENT TO THEIR OFFIVE IN TOKAI I STILL GOT NO HELP
