Van rental agency

They advertise truck rental with driver daily.They also advertise a 3 ton truck .Firstly they dont do 3 ton trucks and secondly according to them 2 hr drive is to far for there trucks to drive and Napier is cross border.WHAT A JOKE.

I would give them five if they had enough cars even for first time customers who don't know the rules of their process, where you first have to book a car days or a day before showing up for collection, they got to understand some situations are agent and comes unexpected. Beside that, their response to customers, nice, starting with their security guard at the gate to workers at the office I received no attitude. Well I don't know much about the business side, the financial handlings and the charges and all since I never had a chance to make business with them due to lack of booking in time.

5 star service from Nicole! She was friendly from the get go and helped me out on short notice. Deposit was refunded promptly and I even got the balance of my money back when I gave 24 hour notice for early return. Will definitely use Carisma again!

After having a somewhat average experince with Britz, one of the biggest 4x4 rental agencies in South Africa my partner and I were really looking for something more during our second road trip through South Africa. Thankfully we found Bushtrackers. Not only was the car in great condition and better laid out than others we have rented, the equipment was also in a much better condition. the overall customer service experince through Helen and the bushtrackers team was very personalized and comfortable. We had a minor issue with our fridge which ultimately turned out to be nothing more than a lose wire and the service team thankfully came out to meet us midway through our trip at a convenient location to both parties after patiently troubleshooting as much as we could. We highly recommend the BT team and I will have them as default 4x4 rental service from here on out.

Always friendly and willing to help with camping ideas, prices are fair, great stock and usually open when other camping stores are closed in town

Their service is very bad they gave me a car that has a messed up battery ,i couldn't drive it the whole weekend and i bought a new battery just to move but still it stuck nd i put full tank petrol but was still charged for that.then they charge me insane money after the service i got.i wouldn't recommend Europcar Rental

Where do i begin?.... my experience with Vrentals has always been good. I have come across a bunch of rude consultants but one day i came across Muhammad from the Service Department. What a breath of fresh air. I have never met a guy with such good manners, values and morals. I had a problem with my car, and trust me, he is still bending over backwards to assist me.I have never come across a guy like him from that company. I even told him that vrentals is popular for being rude. If they had guys like him, customers would flood into the company. I feel like he is not given enough credit. Thanks for everything Muhammad you are a star.
