Went for Covid Vaccine booster, Nurse was absent at appointment time (was by hearsay on lunch, nobody else was waiting). 30 minutes later, sour and uncommunicative nurse gave a painless shot. Worth it for the vaccine, not worth it for the site.

Never ever will I place an online order again. I realised I made a mistake after placing an order on Monday 29/05/2023 - tried to get it cancelled. Today is Wednesday 31/05/2023 and 7 phone calls later, still no success.

New elvive shampoo and conditioner not in store, shown on website but no stock? Why even bother to advertise it if you don't plan on stocking it? Also, no stock of masks or strepsils!

Poor service !!! Order done via Click and collect. The shop phoned 2 times to say order is ready. Day 1..order not ready. Returned the next day waited 1hr for processing".. the stock is on the shelve only 3 products. Why is "processing" taking an hour after they phoned and said it's ready. Also staff unfriendly. No one knows what is going on. Very unproductive. Management not in sight."

Wow, what a terrible experience. Went there just now, the place is chaos, people putting up new shelves, I could barely make my way past with a trolley. Then when I went to self medication I was ignored, decided to rather walk away. Then when I got to the tills to pay, unpack my trolley and the lady simply gets up and walks away, no word, no acknowledgement, nothing, she saw me, but nothing. One wonders in a competitive market such as this what Dischem does to retain its customers, I don't think they know either...

I didn't like the way Thulisile Ndhlovu treated one of the customers. She came to pay at ther teal number 5 on Saturday 25th in the afternoon and she had to pay with cash. The customers concern was that Thulisile started sorting the notes in front of her instead of just counting and checking if it's not fake notes then sort it later as she was in a hurry. But Thulisile said the customer can not tell her what to do and she continue to say the customers must not border her she doesn't care if she's in a hurry or not. That was not a good customers service.

Disgusting! My daughter went for a Covid booster. Rude staff accused my daughter of fraud in front of other customers. Because Government officials failed in there duty in registering her on data base. My daughter was in tears. Shame on you Dischem.
