Walked in to get a lekker sandwhich on a Saturday afternoon just to be asked to leave as they are closed....not even 15:00 really sucked

Ordered a simple foot long. Order was accepted 12:23. Received order 13:26 even though they are 8 minutes away. Only excuse from driver. He doesn't know the place. Slow delivery but good food.

Worst place to order food. i have ordered a salad and a wrap at 12:00 at 13:15 they only delivered the salad and when i called them to say I only received half of my order they could not see what the problem is, I told them to go look at the order and deliver the other one . well wait and see if this even gets delivered so never order from them rather if you want anything,, go to the store but also not sure how long you'll have to wait for an order to be done. i am really discussed in the service and the delivery time and that only half was delivered. will not get anything from them in a long time in the future

Order came in more than an hour late, cold and they should not say the banting burger includes avo" it they will only put in a literally two little teaspoon sizes. disappointing.Thank you for actually taking the time to address and correct this.It was 100% better."

Sitting down to have a Frankfurter, food came without any sauce nor condiments. When asked for Tomato and mustard sauce I was told that would be R25 Extra. I will never support you again for this ripoff. And to top it of the frankfurter was ice cold. Im put of on this meal and will go buy something else somewhere els. You rip people off.Flies everywhere!!! Floors are dirty in the kitchen, stuff laying on the floor. Health Department will be notified.

We order a sandwich for my manager about 5 weeks ago. He paid by card, which went of his account but according to the driver of the shop it did not go through. The manager handed then the cash to the driver. The next morning we called the shopped and asked for a refund for the money that deducted from the account. The lady who answered the phoned said she saw the mistake and promised to send the money. Up till today we still did not receive the money back after several phone calls where made and another promise was made yet again this morning to bring the money

I was not impressed. The platters are smaller not as advertised. To much money and I was not impressed. I was furthermore worried about the hygenie in their kitchen as there was a constant movement of people from outside into their kitchen area. It is impossible that all that people work there as well as the neatness and of their clothing. For a first time visitor it was not a nice experience.
