The worst place to get hold of !!! I have been trying to call and get through to your record department and for 3 days the phone just rings and rings and rings and rings ,,The switch board finally answers and tells me eeeeeeish I will try to put you through to the right department"Very disappointed in your service !!"

STAY AWAY, Amateurs how don´t know what they do!- a lot of mistakes for an easy job- a lot of confusion because of this mistakes- absolutly miserable communication (no comunication)- everything takes forwever (overall 6+ month for a bathroom plan submission)

Absolutely abyssmal service. Took over an hour and more than 30 dropped or terminated calls to reach a person who was a) present and b) able and prepared to assist me. I have it all on audio recording. Will be lodging a written complaint with the Director. A telephonic complaint is simply impossible. No answer. The website is also non-functional.

The fire fighters here are so friendly and patient. My 5 year old asked a million questions and they answered each one. Took time to show him around the station and even took him out in the fire truck. Thank you for all you do every day and then for going further and keeping a little ones dream alive

Worst time wasters ever.I think these guys spend half their time thinking up excuses for not delivering.
