Debt collection agency

This is the worst company to ever deal with, 4 month waiting for my settlement letter. when I call either the system is down or they promise to send and they never do. Please if ever they offer you a settlement amount please don't take its a scam the account will never be settled because they won't send you a settlement letter purposely....

Horrible communication and call centre. They have been saying I owe mtn of which I told them I have not contract with mtn. I’ve emailed them proof and yet they still will send messages and harass me. I don’t understand why companies use them. Really horrible collections department! Seems like they don’t even care to check reviews nor respond to them. Safest is to go the ombudsman route.

Iv been harassed by this people that I don't know, the problem started when I resigned from the employer who has been persecuting me for a long time(this employer now is using this medical aid scheme & this Shapiro guys to finish me according to them). I got a call & visited this medical aid, queried that how can you hand me over without telling me because you have my email, cellphone and its not even a year or 6 months me owing this account, so I refused to pay extra but I paid them R800, money I owed not what this Shapiro guys claim I owe, so they kept quiet for a month or so & resurfaced alleging I must pay R274 calling everyday, I'm gonna visit them soon & hear them out soon. I refuse to be bullied by this government through this bullies

Good morning this is now i can't count anymore that i have mentioned to Priscilla that the account was paid to Eugene Marais Hospital your client and she still wasting your monies to phone 3 to 4 times per week.i have send an email to the accounts department to please pay you the monies.i would like to ask her not to bother me anymore as for the fees and costs are paid and that she must please follow up with her client who handed me over. i did mentioned it to her and she refuse to follow up with your client.if this matter is not resolved i will gladly open a harassment case against Colmed

Harassing people even after you've made the same payment arrangements twice a week for 4 months still going. Then they will phone to say you've said to pay even if you didn't say that, or after payment was made and they will ask for proof, then you'll send it and the next day they'll phone for another payment......Harassing is taken to another level!!!!!!!!

Am not happy with vvm I've been waiting for my paid up letter since February,they are too quick to harass client when they want their money but cant provide a simple paid up letter.. very disappointed

You won't go wrong if you want to be debt review free.2023/01/16 I received my court order and the flag is removed. I cannot just give them 5 stars it is low they need more than that.
