I’ve been training with Katryn for almost 3 months now, and believe she is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training twice a week, and really enjoyed the variety & challenge she put into the sessions! I can already feel the difference in my muscles.

I have been part of Katryn's world going on to 2 years.From a time, I could not really get up out of a chair, hips that constantly pained and struggling to climb stairs and even walk normal I can report that I am living a whole new life right now.Still some miles to go before I will be as good as my younger self, but everyday I get one bit closer and with Katryn always encouraging and supporting and willing to help and listen I believe we will get there.So we love you Katryn. What a privilege and great experience to be part of the Wellergy group.Katryn gives one on one instruction and motivation, in a professional, knowledgeable and very friendly manner.The sessions are very affordable.There is save parking on the premisses.The facility is always very clean and cared for.My rating is a 10/10 !!!!

I have been a client of Katryn's for the past 10 years and I don't know how I will ever trust anyone else to do what she does.I get a lot of aches and pains from my scoliosis, studying and long hours standing at work, and Katryn just always has a way of giving just the right exercises to take it all away. Nothing beats going in to the studio, but I love that she also sends personalised home programmes for when life just gets too busy to go in.And to top it all off, going in to the studio always feels like visiting a friend because Katryn genuinely cares about each and every client.

In 2019 I had a backoperations and started training with Katryn from Wellergy.Not only did she assist me in dealing with the emotional side of such a traumatic operation, but her knowledge regarding the correct training methods gave me a lot of comfort and in the longterm I gained positive results.If you go with a victim-mentality....better you go somewhere else because she don't beat around the bush....and that dear reader.....is EXACTLY the correct medicine applied.10/10

The treatment and service I am receiving is brilliant. For the past 8+ months I have been a customer here as my back muscles collapsed. Katryn adjust my training according to how my back responds. On holidays I get to receive my exercises anywhere in the world! My entire family is doing programs here that is adjusted to their needs. Very professional service.
