Never seen a store where the shelves were continuously fully packed and neat, OCD perfect, love this store, thank you!

Great shopping center for all your daily needs. Well constructed, well layed out. Customer's service is okay.

So Disappointed, just look at the quality of your meat on your shelves. This was yesterday, meat was White in colour, so not fresh, disgusting.

I went to pick n pay springs gate yesterday to buy a few groceries. When i went to the tills nutmeg spice scanned 38.99 while on the shelves was 20.99. All the prices on that shelves was 20.99. A lady who was a packer went to check with me and saw that all the prices there was R20. 99.But Fatima who was supposed to authorized came and tell me that that she cannot authorize it because they forgot to put the right price and said to all those prices lined up to that shelves none of them meant for nutmeg and its my duty as a customer to ask if the price underneath the product its the right one, she even said to me

Fair pricing, generic pnp and friendly and helpful staff.

The service is good there's never a time where they are put of stock on items advertised on special staff members are friendly at all times

Worst pick n pay every thanx to Albertina behind cigarette counter. She pulled her face while I talk to her and then just continue talking to the front end supervisor not in English" then they stare at me and help the next customer while I haven't been helped yet. When I complained she rolled her eyes. How can she work with clients"

What a disappointment, went in for a pie and monster, no place to pay for it, ask the manager I think LOUW" for assistance "LOUW" did not assist me as he was just leaning on the counter with excuses. Had to leave my items behind and I went to Spar

Centrally located, within easy reach of main feeder routes from Springs, Brakpan and associated suburbs.Quite popular and busy when people return from work to quickly do their weekly shopping during weekdays.Very congested over weekends and best to avoid over SASSA- and normal month-end pay week-ends.Wide variery of products, frequent specials and adequate personnel to keep shelves stocked, fridges loaded and paypoints manned.We have experienced a dip in quality of their fresh vegetables and certain butchery products, with the occasional not so fresh milk as well.This may be more of a logistical problem than an in-store issue, but considering the rapid increase in cost over the past years, this is most disappointing.Ample and secure parking is a sure benefit, with ATM's, restaurants, a bottle store, smaller shops and a pharmacy all within walking distance.

I was at Pick n Pay Springs gate as my favourite grocery store. Though , i was shattered with horrible experience whereby a packer was packing my grocery and suddenly drop everything and left!! I still had grocery to fit more bags and by that time there is new customer buying with few items expecting to pass-by. I had to take packed grocery to a trolley and pack. So glad that another employee look like a supervisor with a uniform, seeing this embarrassment. She jumped and assisted without uttering any words about packer who left my grocery all over. I am highly disappointed!!!!!
