After much anticipation, after spending R12 388,50 this is the POOR QUALITY of cards that we received. They have a very engaging team, however , at this price point for what is termed a Premium Business Card..............Our Cards are an absolute JOKE !! Please Reconsider using This Company.

As a Design student I regularly need to print posters, photographs, spreads for books etc. Almost every time that I have gone to Wizardz for printing I was made to feel like what I want done is too much effort, even if it is just an A3 poster or two. Staff is not very friendly, except for one young man who always greets with a smile and is happy to help. Sometimes I need to return with the same project in one day after I made alterations and the moment some of the staff sees me coming in again, they would roll their eyes or sigh and make me feel unwelcome. I will next time rather do the effort of going to a printing place further away with friendlier staff than keep spending my money here and walk away feeling terrible about myself.

Honestly not even worth one star. Worst experience ever. We have been waiting for brochures to be printed since January this year. Been following up every few weeks by email, calls and store visits. They keep forgetting to print it, they also lost our usb, and after we emailed the design to them again, they still haven’t done it. The management also could give us an explanation. Will never use Jetline Wizards Stellenbosch again and definitely do not recommend them.

Excellent Service

Absolutely excellent customer service!!!!

I have used Wizards Print in Constantia Village for several years because it’s conveniently located. I honestly now dread giving them print jobs as their service is so shocking. My last encounter with Wizards was the final nail in the proverbial coffin. I will be giving our business to another print shop, even if it’s a bit out of our way to get to. They are so disorganised and the staff in the shop are abrupt and rude.

Quality work

Sadly I would not recommend this Wizards to anyone. I have been going to the Wizards in Gardens and have always had excellent service. The staff at Wizardz in V&A Waterfront have really disappointed me.I made contact with one of the staff regarding printing at A1 sheet. I mentioned multiple times about the time crunch and was reassured that it is okay. I emailed the staff at 8.22pm and called twice to confirm receipt, to which the guy said its coming through". I left home to waterfront and arrived there at 8.45pm. I greeted the employee. He whispered something to a staff member and then came up to me. He said its going to take 15minutes to start up and print the document
