The Runners" are not being acknowledged for the public service they are doing by only having 1 cashier available toe serve them

I made payment to FinesSA in February, but two months later received a summons from Knysna municipality. Turns out FinesSA never made the payment to them. Took multiple calls: first to FinesSA (confirming that I paid them) then to Knysna (confirming that they didn't receive payment), then to FinesSA (Oh, sorry, it's still processing...two months later), then to their Finance dept (OK, we'll send you an email when all is sorted), then back to Finance dept (no answer) then again to their support, then again to Knysna (yes, it has finally been paid).Not worth it when other companies offer the same service.

Diabolical service! Ordered 4 plates only to be told they 'cant tell me when they would be ready'. Eventually they said 3pm on Friday (dropped off Wed morning). Fri 3pm the job was not done - told me to come back 11am on Sat.I went there only on Monday, only to be told 'what job?' The receptionist stormed off and said she cant even find the job card & details - then just ignored me. I found the owner outside, who was equally inefficient and didn't care!Rude, obnoxious and totally unprofessional - I haven't a clue how they are in business!

For the last 25years Was there 2x today she can not help me I must go to Brits because she cannot find my adress on system.need to register a new vehicle All our vehicles are registered andalways get licenses from there. I get the feeling it is to much paper work for them so just pass it on to Brits. Pathetic cant find my adress on system PLEASE MAN

Great and quick service, printing personal plates from Northern Cape and they do that I just have to wait a week so they order the design I need otherwise if they had it it would have been printed while I wait! Great pricing too.

Friendly and helpful

I ordered a set of number plates on a Sunday afternoon on their website. By midday Monday, the number plates for my car were delivered.Great customer service as well as a very fast and efficient service. Would definitely recommend.
