Shocking. I recently moved to Tyme bank to ease cash payments for my domestic workers. I paid her salary on Friday. She went to collect from Parkmeadows only to be turned away because they have No Money". There is no ways a pick n pay of that size will not be able to pay a tiny amount of cash. The ladies family went without food or transport money this weekend because of this!I called Tyme bank this morning to understand what the issue may be and they confirmed there is no such thingI will be there later today to go and chat to a manager about this and get this poor family's money to at least allow her to FEED HER KIDS

I'm outside Pick n Pay Southdale I'm typing this, to my biggest surprise the shop is closed, no communication as to why the shop is closed or if it'll open, the staff is inside looking at us through the glass doors, no one is bothered or even explaing as to why the shop is closed.

TerribleNew lay out will take some getting used to. BUT what really makes me mad is that there is no fast queue, under 10 items.. buy 1 or 2 items have to get in the back of rather busy queues. No consideration for older people.. Fortunate to get 1 star.

Selling free food all the time, very convenient it is near the taxi rank.

Limited commodities, such as noodles pasta, only Knorr soups, no Coco choice, no coke 2L caffeine free, limited milk brands. No maizena maze.Unfriendly tellers, because I was in the 10 commodity que, altoung I only had nine commodity codes. And the signage is small.Don't like PICK AND PAY CAPE GATE

Had the worst experience me and my sister yesterday. We bought Aramex sleeve later to ne tod we need to buy the form as it does not go altogether now. We were chilled about that and we said ok cool. Our worst nightmare started when waiting for the form. It took 45mins for us to get the form and the cashier seemed rude and acted like she did not care. I was going to mention her name but decided not too. We got the form then book the tills are stuck and l know it's not the cashiers fault but still she seemed not to care at all. Only after 15mins the till opened. I humbly ask the management please if all your cashiers could be efficient and willing to help we all would be happy.

Yesterday 3 people confronted me, told me that I stand a chance to win R1000 vouchers.After giving them ALL my info seems this morning that they sold me funeral cover.. SMS's flood my phone. This is unexpected as they didn't say any thing about life insurance.

About an hour ago I purchased one of those milk tarts that are placed near the entrance of the store. I cut a slice and dug in only to realise it is off. It literally tasted like Maas with cinnamon drizzled on it. This has been a massive inconvenience and I utterly dissapointed. Fully donnot recommend those milk tarts. Rha.
