After upgrading my contract in July I have had nothing but bad experiences with this Cellc branch, with staff that seem competent on the surface but in all actuality have no ability to actually assist you with grievances.It is my opinion that this is a service and branch people should avoid at all costs and rather consider using any other service provider as the service delivery is equally poor2 Month Edit:Despite being assured that the issues that led to this scathing review have been handled and being charged yet again for a service that has been overpaid by nearly a thousand rand.
