The view from the building is excellent but the rooms are not so good. The position is fine just by the main road.

An old building in good repair, but pest control and an old elevator, together with a need for renovation leaves a bit to be desired. Luckily rent is cheap to compensate and the location is central to many amenities

Lack of safety remains a concern. I've had several things stolen from my bathroom window, 5 times. Plus, there's a bar downstairs so it's quite loud. Questionable people are always lingering around the place.

I lived in this place but I really wish I never did! It is a horrific place to live in, there are dodgy characters all over the show with absolutely no security. Beer bottles broken on the staircase, escalator used as a toilet every now and again, poor management of the place and poor handling of complaints, the walls are extremely thin so you can hear the entire conversation of the person above you, I heard its a revamp of an ancient building poorly done, if you are a decent person/family....do not go anywhere near this pathetic place!
